At 5 years old, Lucien joined the conservatory to study piano in Paris. Quickly, he stood out thanks to his creativity and fast learning ability.

At just 13 years old, he joined an orchestra and embarked on a tour—an unforgettable experience that started to shape his musical journey.

Lucien started composing music at the age of 10. His musical world is very diverse: he immersed himself in classical and jazz music at the conservatory while playing movie soundtracks and pop music on the piano, guitar, and as a singer.

At just 11 years old, he also became the tenured organist of Gournay-sur-Marne church.

He finally found neoclassical music as the one that resonates most deeply with him. Inspired by iconic artists such as Joe Hisaishi, Yann Tiersen, and Sofiane Pamart, Lucien developed a both intimate and universal style. He compose for other intruments as harp and violin as well.

Emotion lies at the heart of his creations. His upcoming neoclassical album, Softness, reflects the emotions he has experienced and the serenity he has found throughout his journey. A stillness he will share with the world the 04/04/2025.

In the meantime, his compositions are already touching hearts: playing in various public venues, he can move people to tears and accumulates more than 300,000 views on YouTube to date.

Lucien has collaborated with talents from The Voice France, including Sasha and Gianni Bee from Florent Pagny’s team.

His talent also led him to work alongside Amir as part of the musical initiative Singing In The Car on the Champs-Élysées, strengthening his status as an emerging artist to follow.

WITH LUCIEN

How does your creative process unfold?

Most of the time, inspiration comes by itself. I have emotions that are buried within me which goes out through the piano.

Once the first draft comes to life, the process becomes more thoughtful: I organize, structure, and finalize the piece, often writing it down on paper.

What is your relationship with the audience?

It might surprise you, but whether on stage or elsewhere, I play primarily for myself. I feel this vital need to resonate within, alone, without worrying about others’ opinions.

The love from the audience comes afterward, like a gift. Seeing their eyes light up, tears streaming down their faces... It is an indescribable emotion that gives the whole meaning to my work as an artist.
